Jeanette Bacci is a Primary Care Practitioner at Patina, dedicated to providing compassionate, empathetic, and personalized care. She builds trusting, long-term relationships with her patients, taking a holistic approach that addresses not just their physical health but also their emotional and social well-being. Her goal is to ensure her patients feel supported in every aspect of their lives.

Throughout her career, Jeanette has always felt a deep connection with older adults. She values the wisdom, stories, and life experiences they bring and recognizes the importance of meeting their unique needs. Her role at Patina allows her to combine her passion for improving the aging experience with delivering care that enhances the health and well-being of older adults.

With 10 years of experience as both a registered nurse and nurse practitioner, Jeanette brings extensive clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient care. Throughout her career, she’s provided care for older adults, including serving Medicare patients as their primary care provider. Her diverse background includes roles in hospital settings and in telehealth, allowing her to provide comprehensive, convenient and easily accessible care to patients.

Jeanette earned her degree in biology with a minor in exercise science and kinesiology from Central Michigan University before completing an accelerated nursing program at Oakland University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University, advancing her skills to become a family nurse practitioner.

Based in Shelby Township, Michigan – a suburb outside of Detroit – Jeanette lives with her husband, two children, and their dog, Ruby. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and camping and are passionate fans of the Detroit Lions and Pittsburgh Steelers. A lover of Italian cuisine, Jeanette enjoys cooking in her spare time, as well as reading, exercising, and crocheting.
