Michelle is a primary care practitioner at Patina, where she provides personalized guidance, care, and support to help patients achieve their health and life goals. Known for her empathetic listening and commitment to truly understanding what matters most to her patients, Michelle focuses on building trusting relationships that form the foundation of effective healthcare.

Drawn to Patina’s patient-centered, innovative approach for older adults, Michelle values how Patina combines in-home care with technology to provide a highly accessible and convenient experience that meets patients where they are.

With over a decade of nursing experience — including four years as a primary care nurse practitioner in a geriatric practice — she brings extensive expertise in compassionate, person-centered care for older adults, both in person and through telehealth. Earlier in her career, she also was a health management consultant for a diabetic medical supply company, where she developed educational materials and communication programs focused on teaching how to live a healthy lifestyle, test blood sugar, and administer medications.

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Michelle enjoys exploring the diverse culinary scenes of nearby Miami and Fort Lauderdale. She has a passion for cooking, live music, singing, and visiting wildlife-rich nature preserves.

Michelle holds a BSN from Nova Southeastern University and an MSN from Florida Atlantic University. She is an ANCC-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (A-GNP).
