Meet Patina. We’re a primary care practice that’s focused exclusively on adults 65+. We specialize in this phase of life and take the time to know you and your priorities, providing comprehensive care for your body and mind so you can thrive and live your best life.

We’re not like typical primary care practices. With Patina, you’ll always have the same physician-led team supporting you. Your team, including a primary care practitioner (PCP), a health champion and a nurse champion, are easily accessible as often as needed and wherever you may be – at home or on-the-go via video visits, phone, chat or in home. No need to wait weeks for an appointment!

We serve patients anywhere across the Philadelphia 5-county area: Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties.
