Patina primary care is a available through Medicare, Medicare Supplement and most Medicare Advantage plans.

Patina works with leading health plans in the 5-county Philadelphia area and the 10 counties surrounding Charlotte. We accept Medicare and are an in-network provider to participating Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage plans at the same cost patients would pay for primary care under these plans. Our team will help patients determine insurance eligibility if they are unsure of their plan / coverage. Patients can keep their current specialists and prescription plan. As their primary care provider, we add a ‘next level’ of attention to be sure they’re getting the very best of care.
